District's fake-out on priorities

I recently received a survey on what my priorities are to spend this money.  I had 3 choices out of 27 items listed and I cannot find one of my priorities on the list.

At our school we are overcrowded, and understaffed in Special Education.  This is a lawsuit waiting to happen in our department.  But none of the choices mentioned anything to help that.

Won't elaborate here, but don't know what to do next.  We will file our grievance next week for classes over limit.

Parents are shocked at the size of our classes and the lack of personnel to help their children.  We keep getting aide positions cut when we need more, they keep enrolling more students when we are already over.  They cannot expect us to teach curriculum when we are just handling behavior problems and catering to students who should have 1:1 support.  1:1 is a joke.  Our 1:1 para educators are responsible to watch 4-5 students now, and in different classrooms!!
